The scheme of the 13 day diet:
1st and 8th Day:
Morning: 1 cup of coffee and 1 sugar cube.Afternoon: 2 hard boiled eggs with lots of spinach and one tomato.
Evening: 200 gram steak with lettuce and lemon.
2nd and 9th Day:
Morning: 1 cup coffee and 1 sugar cube.Afternoon: 200 gram steak with lettuce and fresh fruit (orange).
Evening: 200 gram ham and one glass of yoghurt without sugar.
3rd and 10th Day:
Morning: 1 cup black coffee with one sugar cube and 2 slices of toast.Afternoon: Steamed celery with one tomato and fresh fruit (orange).
Evening: 2 hard boiled eggs and 200 gram ham with lettuce, oil and lemon.
4th and 11th Day:
Morning: 1 cup black coffee with one sugar cube and 2 slices of toast.Afternoon: 1 hard boiled egg, one carrot and60 gram of Dutch cheese.
Evening: 1 can of fruit salad and one glass of yoghurt without sugar.
5th and 12th Day:
Morning: One grated carrot with lemon.Afternoon: One large slice of lean fish with lemon and some butter sauce.
Evening: 200 gram steak with lettuce, boiled cellery and fennel.
6th and 13th Day:
Morning: 1 cup coffee without sugar and two slices of toast.Afternoon: 1 slice of chicken with lettuce, oil and lemon.
Evening: 2 hard boiled eggs and one grated carrot.
Day 7:
Morning: 1 cup of tea without sugar.Afternoon: 200 gram grilled meat (lamb chops) and fresh fruit.
Evening: Nothing.
Day 8:
Morning: 1-2 cups of tea, 2 bread rolls, 20 gram butter, 1 spoon full of honey.Afternoon: 1 orange, 2 slices of bread, 250 gram low-fat cottage cheese, 1 cup of tea.
Evening: 1 steak tartar (100 gram), 2 soup spoons of vegetables, 2 small potatoes, 1 glass of juice.
Today my friend kelly and I started our 13 day diet. For breakfast I had only 1 cup measured of coffee and 1cube of sugar I put it on ice to make it easier to drink. Since that's all I had to eat I was jittery and hyper all day veryyyy talkative lol. I have drank 64oz of water so far for lunch I had steamed spinach a whole tomato and 2 boiled eggs. im posting a picture of what i ate and pictures of kelly and mine stomaches for before and after photos. ill post our weights as of tonight when i post our dinners.
Dinner Time!
okay so its 8:45 at night kelly and i just had our dinner and did a little work out. we both ate 7oz of steak cause thats equal to 200 grams with only lemon juice to season it. it wasnt actually that bad since i was STARVING!!!!! it was like eating a ruths chris steak cause i was so darn hungry! for the "side" dish we had lettuce yummm right? not! but it filled me up i have drank about 3 liters of water so far the minimum is 2 a day. i can already tell im going to be super cranky these next 2 weeks. i was getting reallly cranky around 6 and stayed cranky for like an hour. ill put up a picture of the dinner later tonight. gotta go get my hair highlighted!!!
